1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Orendi. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

When you create an account on Orendi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@orendi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Orendi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Orendi, including videos, photos, captions, and comments ("User Content").

By posting User Content on Orendi, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Orendi platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using Orendi, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users.
• Refrain from impersonating any person or organization.
• Not use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of Orendi's systems or networks.

5. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You may not post any content or engage in any activity on Orendi that:

• Sexual or pornographic content — including nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• Violence and gore — graphic violence, self-harm, or content depicting dangerous activities.
• Harassment and bullying — targeting, threatening, or intimidating any individual or group.
• Hate speech — content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Spam and misleading content — repetitive content, unauthorized advertising, phishing, or deceptive information.
• Illegal content — content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
• Misinformation — content that deliberately spreads false or harmful health, safety, or civic information.
• Copyright-infringing content — content you do not have the rights to post, including copyrighted music, movies, or other media used without authorization.
• Content involving minors — any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits individuals under the age of 18.

6. Coins & In-App Purchases

Orendi offers a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be used within the app, including to access the Boost feature.

• Purchases: Coins are available as in-app purchases through Apple App Store billing. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• No real-world value: Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, or any real-world goods or services outside of Orendi.
• Account-bound: Coins are associated with your account and are non-transferable to other users.
• Account cancellation: If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, you forfeit all remaining Coins without compensation.

7. Boost Feature

The Boost feature allows you to spend Coins to increase the visibility of your videos within the Orendi platform.

• Nature of service: Boost is a promotional tool. It does not guarantee specific results, increased followers, or any other outcome. Estimated uplift values are provided for reference only.
• Non-refundable: Once a Boost transaction is confirmed and Coins are deducted from your balance, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
• Coin balance: You must have sufficient Coins in your account to initiate a Boost. If your balance is insufficient, you will be redirected to the Coin Store to make a purchase.
• Platform discretion: Orendi reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue the Boost feature at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Orendi app — including but not limited to the Orendi name, logo, design, interface, software, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Orendi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Orendi platform without our express written permission.

9. Copyright & Trademark Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyright-protected work has been used on Orendi without authorization, please submit a notice to:

Your notice must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location of the infringing content, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) your physical or electronic signature.

We will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to content that is reported in good faith.

10. Content Moderation

Orendi uses a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content on the platform. Our moderation processes are designed to:

• Detect and remove prohibited content as described in Section 5.
• Enforce these Terms of Service consistently and fairly.
• Maintain a safe and respectful community environment.

Content moderation decisions are at Orendi's discretion. If content is removed or an account is actioned, users may contact support@orendi.com to appeal the decision.

11. Suspension & Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your profile, posted videos, comments, likes, and saved items will be permanently removed.
• Your remaining Coins will be forfeited without compensation.
• This action cannot be undone.

Orendi may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Post prohibited content as outlined in Section 5.
• Engage in harassment, spam, or other harmful conduct toward other users.
• Attempt to circumvent platform moderation or security measures.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orendi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orendi disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• That the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• That any content or results obtained through the platform will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orendi and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Orendi platform.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed USD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of this page.
• Notify you via a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of Orendi after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Orendi shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.
